This is  N.G. Herreshoff’s deep-keel version of the original Herreshoff 15.   25‘ in overall length, this design has a springy sheer, a knuckle bow, and a shapely hull that make her, in our opinion, about the best looking of a number of similar classic designs. The deep keel gives her more power in heavy air and clears the interior of the centerboard trunk. The cockpit is widened slightly to improve seating comfort, and we feel the result is one of the nicest possible boats to spend an hour or a day. In both versions this has been one of our most popular boats.
